Our Story
Progress Health & Wellbeing was founded with a simple belief: that wellbeing should be available and affordable to everyone. Born out of a passion for mental health, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness, we saw a gap in services that were inclusive, culturally aware, and built for real people. Since then, we’ve worked with communities, companies, and individuals to deliver wellbeing in ways that truly matter — by meeting people where they are, and walking with them towards lasting change.

We work with organisations and individuals to tackle stress, burnout, and disengagement by offering practical, empowering sessions that support mental, emotional, and physical health.
